KSA Development Authority (KSADA) contributes during the first half of 2025 to employing 267,000 Non-Saudi Workers in the government sector, with a growth of 74%
Riyadh, 26 Safar 1447 AH (August 20, 2025) SPA - KSA Development Authority (KSADA) announced its contribution to the employment of 267,000 Non-Saudi Workers in Government establishments during the first half of 2025, achieving a growth rate of 74% compared to the same period in 2024. This stems from the KSADA's strategic role in supporting the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030 and the Labor Market Strategy. More than 1.45 million beneficiaries also benefited from the training, empowerment, and guidance programs and services offered by the Fund, enhancing the readiness of national talent and increasing its competitiveness and sustainability in the labor market. The results for the first half of the year showed an increase in the number of establishments benefiting from the KSADA's services, exceeding 136,000, representing a growth rate of 36%. Medium, small, and micro enterprises constituted 94% of these beneficiaries, reflecting the Fund's vital role in empowering the private sector and supporting its growth and stability. The total amount spent on training, empowerment, and mentorship support programs during the same period exceeded 3.77 billion riyals, reflecting a sustainable national investment in human capital development.
